RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer must check the integrity and number of packages. In case of anomaly, it is necessary to sign the transport document as "subject to inspection," highlighting the reason (e.g., severely damaged or missing package), and send an email to our customer service (shop@cabineacustiche.it) within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
In the case of replacement for goods not conforming to the order, the communication must be sent to ArcosItalia, via Ponte Ferroviario, 20 - 72100 - BRINDISI - within 5 days from the invoice date.
Our customer service will communicate the return authorization number, which must be indicated both on the outside of the returned package and on the transport document.
Our customer service will also send an email to the customer (at the provided address) containing the following information:
Return authorization number
Sender: name, surname, and address of the Customer
Recipient:
Courier: Courier who will pick up the package
Reason for shipment: replacement or return of goods.
